Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Teriyaki is a cooking method mostly used in Japan. In this method meats are boiled or grilled with soy sauce and sugar. In this post ill teach you how to make baked chicken using teriyaki technique..
Lets start.

Ingredients:

1 pound skinless chicken. 
1 clove garlic.
1/2 ts grounded ginger.
1/2 c soy sauce.
1/2 c white sugar.
1/4 ts grounded pepper.
1/4 c cider vinegar.
1 tbs corn starch.
1 tbs cold water.

Method:


Take a pan and put it on low heat then in pan put garlic, ginger, soy sauce, white sugar, grounded pepper,cider vinegar, cornstarch and cold water. Mix it thoroughly. Raise the temperature until it starts boiling. 
Now take a tray and place chicken on it and then brush the chicken with the sauce. After brushing both the sides of the chicken with sauce, sprinkle some pepper on it and place the tray in preheated oven (425 F). Let it cook for about 30-35 minutes. Now take it out and garnish it with fresh coriander.
